Onboarding

Overview

When you first get started, the KLO Invoicer app will walk you through a four step onboarding process to make sure that you are ready to hit the ground invoicing!

Sign in to Google

Click the Sign in button to be redirected to Google to give KLO permission to access your information and calendars.

We use Auth0.com for authentication and authorization, just in case you see that in the pop ups.

Select Calendars

Once you sign in and give KLO access, you'll be directed to this screen to choose the calendars from you account that you wish to include for invoicing. Leaving a calendar off means that KLO Invoicer wont check it in the background for qualifying events to invoice.

Select Main Product

At this time, KLO Invoicer only supports having one main "product" with multiple price points. You can use this menu to select your product here. However, you are able to change this later in the app.

Import Contacts

To make it easier for you to hit the ground running, we've included the ability to select contacts from your calendar attendees immediately. This way you can easily import them as new Stripe Customers. You can always continue on with the onboarding and manually add customers to Stripe later.

Sign Up for a Subscription

The last page of the onboarding flow will ask you to sign up for a subscription. Once you successfully sign up, you will be redirected back to the stripe dashboard. Your onboarding will then be automatically complete.
